	‘VillaMartin’ hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open so the quality of this venue speaks for itself; the villa is one hundred yards from the course and a short drive to the clubhouse and first tee - www.golfvillamartin.com

	‘Campoamor’ is a luscious rolling green course, which will attract all types of golfer. A sumptuous club house with stunning views over the course and to the sea has recently been completed - www.lomasdecampoamor.com

Green fees for all three courses are reasonably priced on a ‘pay and play’ basis. Tee times should be booked in advance

La Finca Algorfa - 25 minutes by car. This is possibly the best course in the area, on a lavish scale, no expense spared.( for website visit Villamartin site.. other courses)

La Marquesa At Quesada - 25 minutes by car.

La Manga - 40 minutes by car. World acclaimed for the luxury complex built around 3 courses and much more.

Polaris World - 20 to 30 minutes by car. Complexes built around 5 courses( inc two 9 hole courses).Available from late 2006. www.polarisworld.com

Further afield are championship courses;

Desert Springs - 2 hour drive south. The only desert course in Europe and in a superb position near Mojocar.

El Saler - 2 hour drive north. A European Tour venue south of Valencia.
